FLOW 60 is our signature, dynamic Vinyasa-style flow class with a focus on continuous movement matched with the breath. We flow through Vinyasa postures connecting each sequence with a Chataranga Flow. This intensified practice builds Strength, Flexibility, and Balance. Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and inversions are all part of the repertoire. All classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow. Designed for all levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.

TEMPO 45

TEMPO 45 is our signature 45-minute full-body cycling class centered on Tempo (rhythm); riders remain off of the saddle for the majority of the class. As the class name suggests, riders are directed to move together to the Tempo of our instructors’ curated playlist. Movements include but are not limited to Jumps, Tap Backs, and Push-Ups. Whether you are new to working out or have been riding for years, this class will motivate and challenge you. Designed for all levels.

This class has four segments: Lower-Body, Upper-Body, Low-Impact Cardio, and Core for a full-body workout. You will burn fat, and build strong muscle while transitioning through Chaturanga’s. However, what sets FLOW FIT apart from other intense workouts is that FLOW FIT, like all yoga classes, has a mental and emotional focus. Designed for intermediate levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.

PERFORM 75 classes combine myofascial & Yin-style stretches to compliment your cross-training program and achieve peak athletic performance. Props such as lacrosse balls and myofascial slings increase range of movement. Performance Stretch releases the fascia that encapsulates every bone and organ in the body. Whereas muscle mass responds well to quick repetitive movement, oxygen, and blood flow (like pumping weights), connective tissue needs time in long-held positions where muscles are relaxed around the joints. Designed for all levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.

STRETCH 60 – Yin is a slow, deliberate style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time; three to five minutes is typical. Yin Stretch poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues; these are the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The goal is to increase circulation in the joints thus improving flexibility and mobility. Stretch sequences are designed to improve the flow of the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Yin is a more meditative approach to yoga, bringing to light a universal, interconnected quality. Designed for all levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.
