FIRST TIMERS

Live Love Flow is a boutique fusion fitness studio that offers Heated Flow Yoga, Heated Strength Training and Indoor Cycling Classes. All you have to do is go with the flow.

We got what you need. Whether your body is craving weights, a good sweat, or a deep stretch, one of our Live Love Flow signature classes has got you covered.

STEP 1

Arrive 15 minutes early to meet and greet your Instructor.

STEP 2

Bring your ID a mat, water bottle, hand towel is provided, We rent yoga mats, shower towels, and yogitoes at the studio.

Find Your “I AM” and enjoy your first 3 class for $30!

OUR CLASSES

FLOW

FLOW is our signature, dynamic Vinyasa-style flow class with a focus on continuous movement matched with breath. We flow through Vinyasa postures connecting each sequence with a Chataranga Flow. This intensified practice builds Strength, Flexibility, and Balance. Sun Salutations, standing postures, arm balances, core strengthening, backbends, hip openers, and inversions are all part of the repertoire. All classes incorporate music to support the energy of the flow. Designed for all levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.

STRETCH

STRETCH® is a slow Yin-inspired deep stretching deliberate style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time; three to five minutes is typical. Yin Stretch poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues; these are the tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The goal is to increase circulation in the joints thus improving flexibility and mobility. Stretch sequences are designed to improve the flow of the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Yin is a more meditative approach to yoga, bringing to light a universal, interconnected quality. Designed for all levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.

FLOW FIT®

FLOW FIT® is our signature, dynamic fusion of FLOW (yoga), FIT (functional intense training), Strength, and Conditioning class. Free weights are used to adjust to the level of intensity you desire. This class has four segments: Lower-Body, Upper-Body, Low-Impact Cardio, and Core for a full-body workout. You will burn fat, and build strong muscle while transitioning through Chaturanga’s. What sets FLOW FIT apart from other intense workouts is that FLOW FIT incorporates many of the mental benefits of yoga.  Classes can accommodate all levels(if this is your first time, please let your instructor know before class). Room heated to 92-95 degrees.
