TEMPO 45

TEMPO 45 is our signature 45-minute full-body cycling class centered on Tempo (rhythm); riders remain off of the saddle for the majority of the class. As the class name suggests, riders are directed to move together to the Tempo of our instructors’ curated playlist. Movements include but are not limited to Jumps, Tap Backs, and Push-Ups. Whether you are new to working out or have been riding for years, this class will motivate and challenge you. Designed for all levels.

Take your TEMPO Ride to the next level! The Sergeant 60 Cycle class is a very unique class that involves “drop saddle” techniques that are blended with “Tempo Training,” “Whistle Training,” and “Interval Training.” Sergeant 60 will have you jumping, running, and climbing your way through an intense 60-minutes of aerobic and anaerobic stationary bike training. Designed for all levels.
