Payment Information: A $500 non–refundable deposit is due with registration. The remaining balance of $2000 is due no later than December 15th, 2019. LLF is happy to set up (4) monthly auto-withdrawals of $500 each, September – December. If you commit to the program earlier than March, we can start the monthly payments right away to lessen your monthly burden. Please note LLF will charge a $100 service fee to set up monthly payments.

Through our Teacher Training program you will:

Learn to teach a yoga class as an all-encompassing workout for the body, mind, and spirit
Explore the foundations and history of yoga in comparison to modern day yoga
Learn proper alignment of poses, how to avoid injuries and basic anatomy
Understand how to sequence postures/asanas in a fluid manner and unite breath with movement
Receive the tools to create a successful, dynamic yoga class that draws your students in and expands your following
Hone your presentation and communication skills to inspire and deliver a class in a concise, effective manner
Learn to read bodies and give safe and effective hands-on physical adjustments that increase the power of your students’ practice

TEACHER TRAINING FACULTY:

 

Indira Avdić, E- RYT 200 – Lead Teacher & Business of Yoga

Indira is a yogi who is passionate about life, people, and yoga. She first discovered yoga in 2009, as a way to heal a back injury she got in a car accident. By experiencing the physical and mental benefits of the yoga practice, Indira knew from the very beginning that yoga would become an important part of her life. In 2011, Indira completed her 200-hour teacher training, knowing that this was what she wanted to do – share the benefits of yoga and help people in their healing journeys. Having extensive experience in the corporate world, Indira felt confident in combining her business skills and passion for yoga to build a successful yoga studio where people could feel safe and welcomed. Today, a proud owner of Live Love Flow Yoga Studio, Indira works with a diverse group of talented teachers. Off the mat, Indira enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, especially to Europe, where she grew up. She often brings her worldliness into the classroom in addition to her spirituality and yoga philosophy.

Hannah H ‘ – Arm Balances & Inversions

Hannah began her yoga journey back in 2014, when a knee injury forced her to slow down and be more gentle with her body. She quickly became enamored by the new frontiers of her body yoga helped her explore. After a few years of daily practice, she took the leap, hopped on a plane, and landed in Goa, India to complete her YTT 200. Yoga has transformed her life in the most magical way and she wants to help others improve their lives by using her love of stretching the limits of body, mind and spirit.

Dr. Vivian M. Ledesma, DC – Anatomy & Physiology

Dr. Vivian Ledesma was born in Puerto Rico and raised in Miami Florida. She graduated from Life University in 1991 with her doctorate in chiropractic. She has been in private practice in Seattle at Alliance Chiropractic and Healing Arts for over 25 years. Her passion for natural healing inspired her to create a team of providers who focus on a holistic approach to patient care. Dr. Ledesma is an active member of the Washington State Chiropractic Association and the Professional Business Builders. Her personal interests include fitness, travel, healthy cuisine, culture, and personal development. She is a member of the LLF community
