FLOW FIT® is our signature, dynamic fusion of FLOW (yoga), FIT (functional intense training), Strength, and Conditioning class. Free weights serve as your own personal adjuster. This class has four segments: Lower-Body, Upper-Body, Low-Impact Cardio, and Core for a full-body workout. You will burn fat, and build strong muscle while transitioning through Chaturanga’s. However, what sets FLOW FIT apart from other intense workouts is that FLOW FIT, like all yoga classes, has a mental and emotional focus. Designed for intermediate levels. Room heated to 92-95 degrees.
