If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in close contact with someone who has, we ask that you not come to the studio for 14 days or until you’ve tested negative. We all want to continue to practice beautifully flowing yoga, and act as guardians of our own and each other’s health.

We ask that members use this on their hands immediately upon entering the facility and frequently throughout their visit or simply wash your hands. FACE MASKS:

Face masks are required in the Lobby, once you get to your bike/ yoga mat you can take it off during your practice and ride. Extra Staff Precautions: While our staff already follows strict protocol with handwashing and sanitary standards, our leadership teams will be required to wash their hands upon entrance to the studio,  and wear a mask and a plastic shield for the entire duration of their shift.

FACILITY SAFETY:

Increased Cleaning: Increased cleaning measures will be routine and rigorous. We will be hiring additional cleaning staff to deep clean all common areas including high traffic areas, lockers, and all touchpoints, more often and all fitness equipment more rigorously with sanitation measures and disinfectant that meets or exceeds CDC measures. Floor markers will be added throughout the space to further encourage 6ft of social distancing and control traffic patterns to help eliminate touchpoints. We will have 30 minutes between classes to allow for thorough cleaning of the studio.

Hands-Free Service: In addition to the touchless hand sanitizing stations, we are taking extra measures to eliminate or minimize high touch zones as much as possible. Automatic water bottle fill stations and automatic hand dryers are available.
