FLOW + ROLL | Vinyasa + Myofascial is strengthening, yet gentle flow. This class will begin with a routine vinyasa flow with sun-salutations, followed by a unique balancing sequence. The last half hour will transition to a restorative myofascial practice. Tune-Up yogi balls and block props will be used to specifically target parts of the body that hold the most tension.
