TEMPO® is our signature 45/60-minute full-body cycling class centered on Tempo (rhythm); riders remain off of the saddle for the majority of the class. As the class name suggests, riders are directed to move together to the Tempo of our instructors’ curated playlist. Movements include but are not limited to Jumps, Tap Backs, and Push-Ups. Whether you are new to working out or have been riding for years, this class will motivate and challenge you. Designed for all levels.
